Tournament Results:

DENVER: Viktor Berg and Chris Walker put a dent in the hopes of Gary Waite and Damien Mudge's hope for securing the year end number 1 spot, as they defeated the champs 3-2 in the semis at Denver's Hashim Khan Tournament. In the finals, Walker and Berg disposed of Preston Quick and Chris Russell by a 3-1 margin. Paul Price injured his back in the first round with Price and Ben Gould down 2-1 against Matt Jenson and Jeff Mulligan. Price couldn't go on, and may be shelved for the season depending on the severity of the injury. Also on the list of walking wounded is Jamie Bentley, whose arm injury may have him on the shelf until next year.
